Crafted for Enjoyment
Every day is a special occasion and worthy of a good wine. Our approach to winemaking is drinkability and immediate enjoyment. We make our wines in a smooth, silky, approachable style, utilizing new and second-use French oak barrels.

Malbec Reserva
Our most dynamic Malbec, sourced entirely from estate fruit. We sort the grapes by hand, twice: first as whole clusters and then as single berries after destemming. The result is a purity of flavor, dominated by intense black cherry. Our high elevation makes for bright acidity, and aging 14 to 16 months in a combination of new and second-use French oak barrels lends the wine a velvety texture and smoky, tobacco, and cocoa nuances.
2022 Vintage Notes
Our first estate-grown Malbec presents a deep ruby color with violet hues. Aromas of ripe plum and raspberry mingle with floral and spiced notes. French oak aging introduces delicate touches of vanilla and cocoa, complementing the wine’s smooth texture. Silky tannins provide elegance, leading to a long and graceful finish.

GSM
As is the tradition in France’s Rhône Valley, we blend Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre in (nearly) equal parts to make a wine of power, flavor, and balance. The Grenache brings exuberant red fruit notes to the blend, while the Syrah and Mourvèdre lend the wine enticing aromatics of lavender and wild herbs as well as peppery spice notes on the palate. Medium-bodied and layered, it unfolds into a smooth, persistent finish.
2022 Vintage Notes
A deep garnet hue introduces this refined yet lively blend. Aromas of fresh red and black berries, wild herbs, and lavender are complemented by subtle spice. On the palate, silky tannins and balanced acidity create an elegant structure, while a delicate oak influence adds depth. Medium-bodied and layered, it unfolds into a smooth, persistent finish.

Malbec Rosé
Our saignée rosé combines the energy of mountain Malbec with the delicacy of fresh juice siphoned off an initial pressing of the grapes. The color is a gorgeous sunset; scents of flowers and red fruit complement a fresh, dry, and savory palate. Our sandy and silty soils lend a refreshing and food-friendly note of salinity to this eye-catching pink wine. Serve it from an ice bucket, all summer long, with anything that’s hot off the grill.
2023 Vintage Notes
Soft blush tones introduce this elegant vintage. Aromas of rose petals and wild strawberries lead into a silky palate with delicate minerality and a touch of citrus zest. A refreshing, crowd-pleasing rosé perfect for warm-weather occasions and casual get-togethers.

Malbec
The strong winds and intense sunlight at 3,600 feet above sea level make for deeply saturated, powerful Malbecs like this one. The hue is plum-stained and the aromatics are of plums, raspberries, and violets. On the palate, green and black pepper notes are complemented by a smooth, silky texture. Full-bodied with round tannins, it achieves a seamless balance and a refined, lingering finish. Enjoy this wine year-round.
2021 Vintage Notes
This Malbec displays a rich ruby hue and an inviting aromatic profile of juicy plums, fresh raspberries, and fragrant violets. Green and black pepper notes add vibrancy, while oak aging contributes layers of tobacco, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with round tannins, it achieves a seamless balance and a refined, lingering finish.

Chardonnay
The bright sunshine and cool nights of Los Chacayes make for vibrant tropical and fruit notes and zippy acidity, while barrel fermenting and aging lend the wine a smooth, creamy texture as well as gentle touches of vanilla and spice. Fresh and expressive, this pale-gold pleasure features a taut citrus core and a saline finish that speaks to the limestone content in our soils.
2023 Vintage Notes
Our debut Chardonnay reveals a fresh, golden-yellow hue with a vibrant glow. Aromas of tropical fruit, crisp apple, and pear are layered with delicate hints of honey and vanilla from fermentation in French oak. On the palate, it’s smooth and creamy, offering a rounded, full-bodied texture and a long, refreshing finish.

Vintage-Driven
In the Southern Hemisphere, the seasons are reversed, so harvest time in Argentina arrives in March or April each year. Our winemaking team selects the best fruit from each harvest, then vinifies it in separate lots. After 12 to 16 months of resting in oak, we are ready to make our blending decisions. We typically round out our Malbec with small additions of Bordeaux varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to increase the complexity of the wine.
Winemaking team
Our world-class winemaking team is led by Pablo Martorell, who has extensive experience in prominent Mendoza, Bordeaux, and Napa wineries, and has worked under the tutelage of Michel Rolland; and Mariana Onofri, who previously made wines at Château La Violette in Pomerol, Bordeaux, France, and has earned acclaim for her own wine brand, Onofri Wines. The consulting winemaker is Santiago Achával, the internationally acclaimed founder of Achával-Ferrer wines.
